Ryanair announce record numbers for holiday season

Ryanair have announced a record two million passengers this Christmas and New Year, across 26 countries on 605 routes.

This is a 20% increase on last year’s holiday traffic.

Speaking today, Peter Sherrard, Ryanair’s Head of Communications said: "Ryanair will operate more flights than Rudolph this Christmas.

"Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year and we urge all passengers to arrive early at the airport and those who have not already booked to do so today on www.ryanair.com."
