Island acquires rest of Albanian block

Island Oil & Gas has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Island International Exploration BV (IIEBV) has acquired the remaining 50% equity interest in the Durresi Block off the coast of Albania.

The transfer of Lundin Albania BV's interest in the block has now been formally approved by Albania's National Agency of Natural Resources.
