Digital entertainment company Zamano has conditionally agreed to acquire fellow digital services company Red Circle for up to €24.4m.

Dublin-based Red Circle provides digital entertainment to mobile devices and claims more than 500,000 active subscribers in the UK, Australia, USA and Ireland.
