Novell to base Teleweb operations in Dublin

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin announced today that Novell it is to centralise its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) TeleWeb operations in Ireland, with the support of IDA Ireland.

Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin announced today that Novell it is to centralise its EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) TeleWeb operations in Ireland, with the support of IDA Ireland.

Based at the company's Irish headquarters in Sandyford, Dublin, the TeleWeb team, will be responsible for handling Novell's EMEA renewal transactions by telephone and over the internet.
