ISEQ makes promising gains

The ISEQ-index made tentative gains this morning climbing 50.21 points to 7885.30.

Financial stocks lead the way forward with gains at most institutions. BoI has shot up 43c at €12.70, IL&P gained 28c on its share value at €15.77 while AIB also climbed 25 c at €17.24.

Slowing the pace somewhat Anglo Irish shuffled ahead by just 2c at €11.60.

The biggest loser in this morning's trading CRH fell 30c at €26.30.
