Millets owner Blacks Leisure today said it was on the recovery trail after like-for-like sales rose 3% in the 26 weeks to the start of September.

The British outdoor clothing company said better stock availability, improved products and healthy demand during the wet summer resulted in the “creditable” sales performance, which included a strong sales turnaround at Millets.
