Letts receives takeover approaches

The new owner of study guide publisher Letts today said it had received takeover approaches from a number of private equity houses.

Huveaux, which also publishes political titles such as Dods Parliamentary Companion and The House Magazine, said discussions with the interested parties were at a very early stage.
