Thames Water could be fined £12.5m (€17.8m) for reporting and customer service failings under proposals announced by water services watchdog Ofwat today.

Thames Water could be fined £12.5m (€17.8m) for reporting and customer service failings under proposals announced by water services watchdog Ofwat today.

Ofwat said it planned to fine the company £11.1m (€15.8m) for misreporting of regulatory information and £1.4m (€2m) for failings that meant customers received poor service.
