New radio licence for Inishowen

The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) has announced the signing of a 10-year community sound broadcasting contract with Raidió Pobal Inis Eoghain Thuaidh for the provision of a community sound broadcasting service on the FM band.

The station will be broadcast on 105FM (Malin) and 107.6(Moville) and will serve the north Inishowen peninsula of Donegal.

The station has previously held a five year contract with the Commission
