The board of the Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) has appointed former chief executive of the Irish stock exchange, Tom Healy, as director general.

The board of the Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) has appointed former chief executive of the Irish stock exchange, Tom Healy, as director general.

Mr Healy, aged 57, is Irish and was head of the Irish exchange for twenty years, from February 1987 to June 2007.
