Property market regulation 'needed to stop cowboys'

Regulation in the property market is urgently needed to stop “cowboys” ripping off home buyers, it was claimed today.

Co Cork auctioneer Con Nagle said loopholes in current legislation mean that anybody can buy or sell houses to the unsuspecting public.
