AIBP Monaghan, a subsidiary of AIBP, have opened a new facility at its Clones plant.
Following an investment of €10m, the firm opens a new beef processing facility.
This is the second stage in a €20m investment programme at this site.
The plant, which currently employs 100 people, will employ an additional 120 people by August 2008.
