Aer Lingus expected to end Shannon-Heathrow service
Aer Lingus is expected to announce tomorrow that it is ending its service from Shannon Airport to London Heathrow.
Reports this morning said it would re-allocate the landing slots to flights from Belfast International Airport instead.
The move could lead to job losses among the company's 120 employees at Shannon.
Shannon Airport is not commenting on the reports until an announcement is made.
