Xerox staff in Dublin warned to expect job losses

Workers at Xerox operations in Dublin have reportedly been warned to expect job losses as part of an outsourcing deal coming into affect at the beginning of September.

The work of around 900 Dublin call-centre staff is due to be outsourced to IBM Global Services in the coming 18 months.
