Toyota today said it has developed a plug-in hybrid vehicle which is ready for public road tests in Japan.

Toyota today said it has developed a plug-in hybrid vehicle which is ready for public road tests in Japan.

The Japanese car firm is also planning to test the cars in the US and Europe.
