Blackrock completes Brussels office building purchase

Property company Blackrock International Land has completed the purchase of the landmark Olympiades office building in the Evere district of Brussels for €42m.

Irish-registered Blackrock was incorporated last year for the purposes of effecting a demerger by fruit importer and wholesaler Fyffes plc of its property undertaking.
