Estate agent to expand in Ireland
Estate agent, RE/MAX, has today announced that it will expand across Ireland.
This will bring their total number of offices over the next two years to 140.
Within the next two years RE/MAX plans to open 16 new offices, create another 100 positions and handle 30% of all house sales within the North alone.
Speaking at an event to mark the company’s progress and confirm these plans Dennis Curtin, the Irish-American property magnate who brought RE/MAX to Ireland, said:
"RE/MAX is different because our franchisees and agents are self-employed. Their success depends on enterprise, initiative and going the extra mile to provide the outstanding service that house buyers and sellers deserve.
"In return, people who work hard for RE/MAX are well paid and benefit from global resources that provide the back-up, training and technology people need to do their job."
The company has 6,900 offices and 121,000 franchisees and agents in 65 countries and the RE/MAX hot air balloon logo is the world’s 13th most recognised brand.
