ThirdForce gets approval for MindLeaders takeover

E-learning provider ThirdForce today received full EGM approval today for the $18m (€13m) acquisition of Ohio-based MindLeaders Corporation in the US.

ThirdForce is using the acquisition as a means of targeting further strategic business growth across North America.

The US is considered to be the world’s largest e-learning market, followed by the UK, where ThirdForce also has significant operations.
