Economy performing well despite uncertainty

Ireland's economy is continuing to perform well, according to a report published today by IIB Bank and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

The two organisations say there is some uncertainty about the economy, but there are no signs of any slump.

They say rising costs are the main threat, while the way the new Government deals with infrastructure, taxation and immigration policy will also be critical.
