Thirdforce buys e-learning business MindLeaders.com

E-learning company Thirdforce has announced the merger of e-learning business MindLeaders.com for $18m (€44m).

MindLeaders.com will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thirdforce. The $18m (€44m) price tag will be met by $9m (€6.7m) in cash and $9m (€6.7m) by the issue of new ordinary shares in the company.
