Nortel announces new centre for Galway

Nortel today opened its new global customer and technology centre at its Mervue campus in Galway.

Nortel has invested $5m (€3.67m) in the new centre which is responsible for developing customer contact centre applications for markets around the world. Today’s opening also marks Nortel’s celebration of 25 years of research and development in the Galway area.
