IBI appoint new board members
Corporate finance company IBI has announced the appointment of Leo Casey and John Tuite to the board of the company.
Speaking today, IBI chief executive Roisín Brennan said that the appointments reflected the contribution the two individuals had made in their respective areas and the continued growth of IBI's business.
Leo Casey joined IBI in 2000 and primarily advises private companies.
A Commerce Graduate from UCD, Leo is a Chartered Accountant and has a Master of Accounting degree from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business. He has advised on a range of transactions in recent years, including the disposal of Conduit to Investcorp Technology Ventures, the disposal of Eason Electronic to Alphyra and Bank of Ireland's acquisition of Burdale Financial Holdings.
