ADM Londis plc achieved a 12% increase in profit before tax to €5.1m in 2006, it was revealed today.

Announcing results for the year ended December 31, 2006 today, joint chief executive Stephen O’Riordan said: “2006 was another excellent year for ADM Londis plc and for our shareholders who continued to benefit from our unique plc structure encompassing our retail offering and a very strong investment vehicle.”

The company revealed a 6% increase in wholesale turnover to €355m, with the introduction 44 new stores in 2006.

The company now holds a network of more than 360 stores with a combined retail turnover of €723m, with plans to add another 40 stores in 2007.
