Fishing industry benefits from Good Friday increase

That is good news for the fishing industry - today, Good Friday, will be the busiest day of the year at fishmongers and fish counters in supermarkets around the country.

Fish expert Richie Flynn says demand for everything from shellfish to sea bass has risen by 40% in the past two years alone.
