The Doyle Group and One Fifty One Capital Limited, a subsidiary of One Fifty One plc, have announced that they are negotiating to buy ferries group Irish Continental.

The Doyle Group and One Fifty One Capital Limited, a subsidiary of One Fifty One plc, have announced that they are negotiating to buy ferries group Irish Continental.

They are offering €20 per share.
