Around 400 jobs are being proposed for Tipperary town in a new €30 million retail and office development, it emerged today.

Around 400 jobs are being proposed for Tipperary town in a new €30 million retail and office development, it emerged today.

Once given the green light by South Tipperary Council, the investment will include a number of warehouses and industrial units, a garden centre, five office buildings and a drive-through restaurant.
