House prices remain on the increase

New figures from the latest permanent TSB/ESRI house price index show that house prices are still rising.

However the rate of increase is relatively static.

The index shows the average price of a house is now €311,078 - €444 more than a year ago.

The average price paid for a house in Dublin is now €427,946 while the average price outside Dublin is now almost €267,484.
