Stena Line may move from Dun Laoghaire to Dublin Port
The Stena Line ferry firm is examining the possibility of moving its Dun Laoghaire operations to Dublin Port.
The company says it is being forced into the move because it cannot afford to pay costs involved in using the south Co Dublin harbour.
Stena Line's contract with the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company was signed in 1996 at a time when 1.7m passengers were using the company's high-speed ferry each year.
