Zamano lists on IEX

Shares in Zamano PLC, a company providing value-added mobile phone applications, began trading today on IEX, the Irish Stock Exchange’s specialist market for small to mid-sized companies.

This listing brings the total number of companies listed on IEX to 26, with Zamano being the 18th new company to join the market since its inception in April 2005.

Zamano plc has been listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange since October 2006.

Speaking at the commencement of trading on the IEX, the Irish Stock Exchange’s Director of Listing, Deirdre Somers, said: “Zamano plc is the 18th new company to join IEX in less than two years. It is also the fourth Irish company with a listing on AIM to return to the Irish market which lends further evidence to the fact that IEX is providing real advantages to Irish companies by providing access to capital through a euro denominated quote and trading facility.”
