Iona director steps down

John Conroy has retired from the board of directors of ISEQ-listed Iona Technologies.

Mr Conroy was first elected to the board in 2001. Jim Maikranz has now been appointed to the company’s audit committee, while Bruce Ryan was appointed to the nominating and corporate governance committee.
