SWS chairman Raymond Collins today announced the completion of the sale of the SWS businesses to Ion Equity ltd.

SWS chairman Raymond Collins today announced the completion of the sale of the SWS businesses to Ion Equity ltd.

This includes in the sale are SWS's natural resources, energy, waste, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and business services operations.
