Blackrock spends €46.5m on Netherlands office properties

Blackrock International Land plc is pleased to announce that it has acquired a portfolio of six office buildings in The Netherlands for €46.5m.

Blackrock is an Irish-registered company that was incorporated in May this year for the purposes of effecting a demerger by Fyffes plc of its property undertaking.
