Eircom completes deal for HQ

Eircom and Quinlan Private have concluded a sale and leaseback agreement for eircom's new headquarters near Heuston Station in Dublin.

The value of the deal is more than €190m, with a net initial yield of more than 4%.

The new nine-storey headquarters building, designed by Anthony Reddy Associates, sits alongside the Heuston South Quarter (HSQ) development which is currently under construction.
