Eircom and Quinlan Private have concluded a sale and leaseback agreement for eircom's new headquarters near Heuston Station in Dublin.

Eircom and Quinlan Private have concluded a sale and leaseback agreement for eircom's new headquarters near Heuston Station in Dublin.

The value of the deal is more than €190m, with a net initial yield of more than 4%.
