Fyffes shareholders approve demerger

Fyffes shareholders voted at the company's EGM today to approve the demerger of the company's general produce and distribution businesses.

Fyffes shareholders voted at the company's EGM today to approve the demerger of the company's general produce and distribution businesses.

The date for the demerger has been set as December 29, and the two demerged companies will list on the IEX and the AIM in January.
