Good morning for financials cheers ISEQ

The ISEQ was up 55.22 points this morning at 8621.03.

The financials fared well, with Anglo Irish Bank gaining 26c (1.8%) to €14.50 and Allied Irish Bank up 25c (1.2%) at €20.95.

Irish Life and Permanent was up 15c at €19.20. Bank of Ireland gained 12c to €16.09.

Insurer FBD made 32c to €41.00.

CRH was the morning’s busiest share, gaining 28c (1%) to €28.18.

Food company C&C fell 4c to €11.40.
