Coillte have announced that they have bought Weyerhaeuser Europe Limited, the Clonmel-based manufacturer of medium density fibreboard (MDF).

Coillte have announced that they have bought Weyerhaeuser Europe Limited, the Clonmel-based manufacturer of medium density fibreboard (MDF).

The acquisition had been cleared by the Competition Authority on November 10.
