Telent boosted by contract wins

The company formed out of the remains of telecoms equipment giant Marconi said today it was making good progress after a number of contract wins.

The latest boost for Coventry-based Telent came with a five-year deal with the Highways Agency to provide roadside communication networks in the North West.
