Union proposes solution to pension crisis

The country's largest craft union has proposed what it says is a "radical" solution to the country's pension problem.

According to the Technical, Engineering and Electrical Union, workers who aren't members of pension schemes offered by their employers, should be allowed tax relief on additional PRSI contributions.
