Pensions Ombudsman reports 31% rise in complaints

The Pensions Ombudsman has reported an increase of almost one-third in the number of complaints received by his office last year.

In his latest annual report, Paul Kenny says he and his officials opened 389 new files last year, compared to 297 in 2004.
