Malaysian gambling company Genting International was today said to be putting together the finishing touches of a £605m (€890.4m) takeover of Stanley Leisure.

Malaysian gambling company Genting International was today said to be putting together the finishing touches of a £605m (€890.4m) takeover of Stanley Leisure.

Genting already owns 20% of Stanley Leisure and is thought to be the firm behind the offer which was revealed by Stanley Leisure last week.
