Clarity Ireland, an IT products distributor, is being acquired by British-based firm Westcoast.

Clarity Ireland, an IT products distributor, is being acquired by British-based firm Westcoast.

The firm's portfolio includes HP, O2, Toshiba and Fujitsu-Siemens.

Westcoast said that it would retain the Clarity name, management team and staff in Ireland.

The firm employs 60 people in Tallaght.
