Cullen announces four appointments to Aer Lingus board
Minister for Transport Martin Cullen has announced four new appointments to the board of Aer Lingus.
The airline's former finance director, Greg O'Sullivan, has been appointed as the new executive director.
Elsehwere, Danuta Gray, the chief executive of O2, is to become a non-executive director, as is Thomas J Moran, COE of Mutual America, and Michael Johns, who will represent the Employee Share Ownership Trust.
