K Club greenkeepers to discuss pay offer

Greenkeepers at the exclusive K Club, home of the 2006 Ryder Cup, are to meet tonight to discuss a proposed 50% pay increase which could see their wages rise to €15 an hour.

In a long-running dispute, staff at the club have been fighting for pay hikes with arbitration talks failing on two separate occasions.
