Joe Molloy Bookmakers has sold its 10 outlets and its telebetting service to rival firm Celtic Bookmakers.

Joe Molloy Bookmakers has sold its 10 outlets and its telebetting service to rival firm Celtic Bookmakers.

Celtic Bookmakers is owned by former Government minister Ivan Yates and his wife Deirdre.

It currently employs 200 people at its 37 outlets in Ireland and the UK.

Mr Yates said he hopes the company will have a total of 50 outlets by the end of this year.
