McInerney Holdings plc today announced it has acquired UK based Bowey Homes Holdings Limited, a regional home builder in the north east of England for €34.52m.
Based in Gateshead, Bowey operates in the Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Consett and Northumberland areas. It specialises in developing a mix of brownfield and greenfield sites.
