Aer Arann launch 24-hour booking change facility

Irish regional airline Aer Arann has today launched a new online facility which allows passengers to make date and time changes to existing bookings.

Passengers with the company will no longer be restricted to call centre opening hours to make date and times changes to their reservations.

The service is available 24 hours a day and allows changes up to one hour prior to departure.

Name and routing changes will continue to be processed through the call centre.

“We are continually looking at ways to enhance our service and believe that this new online functionality will prove invaluable to many of our passengers, particularly those who travel regularly on business,” said Aer Arann marketing manager Micheal O’Callarain.

“This new service offers increased flexibility and time savings and is a further step towards providing hassle-free, convenient travel.”
