Homeowners are being encouraged to think about installing energy saving devices in their homes and apartments at a Green Energy Fair being held in Leopardstown today.

The Green Energy Fair, which is being organised by Sustainable Energy Ireland and the Green Party, aims to provide people with the knowledge to make their homes more energy-efficient.

Products such as solar panels and wood pellets can dramatically cut the cost of heating bills.

The fair is taking place at the Tote Hall in Leopardstown Racecourse from 11am today.
