Tullow makes declaration on new director

Following Tullow Oil’s announcement made yesterday that David Williams has been appointed a non-executive director, the company has made the necessary declarations to the stock exchange.

In the past five years, Mr Williams has held directorships in George Wimpey plc, the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company plc, Bunzl plc and Dewhirst Group plc.
