Tullow AGM resolutions passed

All resolutions put to the Tullow Oil AGM today were passed on a show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions passed at the meeting concerning items other than ordinary business will be submitted for publication through the document-viewing facilities of the UK Listing Authority and the Company Announcements Office of the Irish Stock Exchange.
