Enron verdicts 'a warning to company directors'

The conviction of former Enron chiefs in the US should be a stern warning to company directors in Ireland, the director of corporate enforcement said today.

The Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement has convicted almost 200 companies and bosses in recent years, securing disqualification’s of 25 individuals.
